We build on virtually all land types — raw acreage, rural lots, in-fill residential lots, and family parcels. We serve Bell County and surrounding areas including Temple, Belton, Salado, Troy, Waco, Nolanville, and Killeen. If you're unsure whether your property qualifies, just call us and we'll talk through it.
We can do both. You can choose from our 7 standard floor plans and customize them to fit your land and lifestyle, or we can start from a completely blank slate and design something custom. We'll match the home to your property, not the other way around.
Very common with rural and acreage properties — no problem at all. Septic system design, soil perc testing, and permitting coordination are all part of our Phase 2 process. We handle the paperwork and contractor coordination so you don't have to.
We connect you with trusted construction lenders who specialize in land-and-build financing. Because you already own the land, it can often serve as equity toward your construction loan — which can reduce how much cash down you need. Once construction is complete, your loan converts to a standard take-out mortgage. We guide you through all of it.
Most Texas Seven homes are completed within 8 to 12 months from breaking ground. Site prep, utility hookups, and septic installation on raw land can add a few weeks to the front end. We'll give you a realistic, detailed timeline during the planning phase — and we stick to it.
